Ans: We support all major Windows-based accounting and tax applications, including QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 50, Drake Tax, Lacerte, ProSeries, Accounting CS, and more. If you have a specific application in mind, let us know, and we’ll confirm compatibility.

Q. How do I access my hosted applications?

Ans: You can access your applications through Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), RDWeb (web browser access), or RemoteApp. These options allow you to work from anywhere on any device.

Q. Is there a contract, or do you offer flexible pricing?

Ans: We offer a pay-as-you-go model with no long-term contracts. You only pay for what you use, and you can scale your resources up or down anytime.

Q. How do you handle data security?

Ans: Our cloud servers come with enterprise-level antivirus, antimalware, Windows Defender, and firewalls. We also offer DUO Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for additional security.

Q. Where are your data centers located?

Ans: We have data centers in Phoenix, Ashburn, Atlanta, and Washington, DC. All are HIPAA, HITECH, PCI-DSS, and SOC-2 compliant for maximum security and reliability.

Q. How often do you back up data?

Ans: We perform daily backups with four different layers of redundancy to ensure data safety. If needed, we can restore your services quickly in case of an issue.

Q. How long do you retain backup data?

Ans: We retain backups for 30 days by default, but we can customize backup retention based on your requirements.

Q. Can I install my own applications on the cloud server?

Ans: Yes, as long as the application is compatible with Windows Server and does not violate any security policies. Our team can assist with installation and configuration.

Q. Can I upgrade or downgrade my server resources?

Ans: Yes, our hosting plans are scalable. You can increase CPU, RAM, and storage as your business grows or reduce resources when needed.

Q. What if I need a dedicated server instead of a shared one?

Ans: The cloud server can be accessed from any device—laptop, tablet, smartphone—and works seamlessly across all operating systems including Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Ans: Our data centers adhere to PCI-DSS, HIPAA, HITECH, and SOC-2 standards.

Q. What Windows Server version do you provide?

Ans: We currently offer Windows Server 2019 & 2022. Windows Server 2025 is in the evaluation phase and is not live at the moment.

Q. Does the cloud server support Microsoft 365 Office apps?

Ans: Yes, almost all Windows-based applications are supported. You can use MS 365 Desktop apps on our servers if you have a Standard or Enterprise MS 365 subscription.

Q. Do you offer free migration for my existing data?

Ans: Yes! Free data migration is included in our services.

Q. What is the difference between the Standard and Enterprise plans?

Ans:  Standard Plan: Ideal for 1-2 users with light applications. Server resources are shared between multiple users.  Enterprise Plan: Recommended for 3+ users. Resources are dedicated to a single company for better performance and security.
